Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day shift production operations.
Ensure smooth operation of batching, grinding, mixing, pelleting, and packing processes.
Monitor production targets, quality, and process efficiency.
Lead and allocate work to shift operators and workers.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, hygiene, and SOP requirements.
Identify and resolve operational issues and coordinate with maintenance when required.
Maintain shift-wise production records and reports.
Minimize downtime, wastage, and production losses.
Pay: ₹10,135.54 - ₹50,517.11 per month
