About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud-enabled applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python frameworks, database design, API development, and modern software engineering practices.

Experience with AI/ML, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture will be an added advantage. This role aligns with the company's focus on scalable software and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
Build high-performance RESTful APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Design effective database schemas and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate third-party services and cloud-based solutions.
Write clean, testable, reusable, and maintainable code.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Participate in system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system reliability.




Stay updated with emerging Python technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills
3+ years of qualified Python development experience.
Strong expertise in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Excellent understanding of RESTful API design.
Strong knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with ORM frameworks.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming.
Experience with Git and team-oriented development workflows.
Good understanding of software design patterns and clean architecture.
Strong debugging and analytical skills.

Good to Have
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of Microservices architecture.
Experience with Redis, Celery, or RabbitMQ.
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Scikit-learn, or OpenAI APIs.
Exposure to Generative AI or Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
