Role & responsibilities
Ensure smooth running of all preparatory machines: Warping, Sizing, autodrwing, winding.
Achieve daily production targets for warp beams with required quality parameters.
Monitor sizing recipe, size box, drying, stretch, and sizing add-on %
Control yarn breakage, hairiness, and beam quality during warping & sizing
Handle quality complaints related to preparatory and take corrective action.
Maintain shift logbook, production report, efficiency, and downtime analysis.
Report machine breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance for quick rectification.
