Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and showcase our construction projects, capabilities and company culture.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company’s branding and business objectives.
Manage the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, project updates and promotional content.
Coordinate with project teams to collect photographs, videos, milestones and information from construction sites.
Convert technical project information into explicit and engaging content for clients,



specialists and the general audience.
Design basic social media creatives using Canva, Adobe tools or similar platforms.
Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions and respond professionally.
Track social media performance, prepare periodic reports and recommend improvements.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes and content formats relevant to the construction and infrastructure industry.
Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, company announcements and marketing initiatives.
