Showroom Manager – Saree Showroom

Location: Hoshiarpur, Punjab

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of a saree showroom, lead the sales team, and ensure an excellent customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom operations
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
Ensure excellent customer service
Monitor stock, billing, and daily sales reports
Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising
Train and supervise staff

Eligibility
Graduation (10+2+3)
1–5 years of experience in retail/showroom management
Experience in saree, ethnic wear, textile, apparel, or fashion retail preferred
Age: 18–34 years
Language: Hindi

Required Skills
Leadership and team management
Retail sales and customer service
Inventory and stock management
Billing/POS knowledge
Basic MS Excel proficiency
Solid communication skills

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Working Days

As per showroom operating hours (Weekly off as per company policy)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
