Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Customer Relationship Management
Collect and update customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and special occasions.
Inform customers about current collections, promotions, and showroom events.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Product Knowledge
Maintain thorough knowledge of all jewellery collections, gemstones, diamonds, precious metals, and pricing.
Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and company policies.
Educate customers about product care, warranty, exchange, and buyback policies.

Showroom Operations
Ensure jewellery displays are clean, attractive, and well-organized.




Assist in stock verification and inventory management.
Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery items.
Support visual merchandising activities as instructed.

Billing & Documentation
Coordinate with the billing team to ensure accurate invoicing.
Verify customer details for billing and documentation.
Assist customers with payment procedures and after-sales services.

Compliance & Security
Follow all company policies related to inventory, cash handling, and security.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.
Adhere to grooming standards and qualified conduct at all times.

Teamwork
Coordinate effectively with showroom colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
Participate in product training, sales meetings, and promotional activities.
Support showroom events, exhibitions, and festive sales campaigns.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,517.56 per month
