Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and variants.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and exchange offers.
Arrange and coordinate test drives.
Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Delivery teams for a smooth sales process.
Ensure the showroom display area is well-maintained and presentable.
Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and regular follow-ups.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
