Experience

5+ years of skilled work experience
Deep understanding of Generative AI solutions at scale
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Experience with Agents
Experience with LangGraph or similar frameworks
Experience in solution deployment
Experience in cloud computing environments
Robust analytical skills
Deep expertise in data science
Experience in Generative AI, NLP, and other Artificial Intelligence methods
Proven research expertise and practical implementation experience in Generative AI




Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary, multinational, and global teams
Fluency in spoken and written English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong customer focus
Good interpersonal skills

Qualification

University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field

Work in cross-organizational, multi-disciplinary teams to support the application and large-scale implementation of cutting-edge data science and AI/ML concepts
