We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Social Media Manager with at least 3 years of experience in managing business social media accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in content strategy, paid advertising, community management, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Create and manage monthly content calendars.
Plan, write, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to create compelling content.
Manage Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media advertising campaigns.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, events, and product launches.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.

Requirements




Minimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar creative software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in an IT company or digital marketing agency.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
Basic video editing skills are an advantage.
