Google Ads
Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Monitor conversions, CPC, CTR, and ROI.
Improve campaign performance through continuous optimization.

Meta Ads
Create and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
Generate leads, website traffic, sales, and brand awareness campaigns.
Configure Pixel, Events, Custom Audiences, and Lookalike Audiences.
Perform A/B testing for creatives and audiences.
Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL and improve ROAS.

Graphic Design & Creative Editing
Design social media posters, banners, and promotional creatives.
Edit marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
Maintain brand consistency across all creatives.

Video Editing
Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
Add captions, transitions, motion graphics,



music, and effects.
Optimize videos for different social media platforms.
Experience with CapCut, VN Editor, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software is preferred.

AI Tools
Use AI tools to improve content creation and marketing productivity.
Generate creative ideas, captions, scripts, and ad copies using AI.
Create AI-generated images and marketing assets.
Utilize AI-powered video editing and automation tools.

Required Skills
1+ year of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
Good understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
Experience in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Experience in video editing software.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics is a plus.
Robust communication and creative thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
