Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Handle bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
Process vendor payments and customer collections in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, Skilled Tax, and other statutory compliances within the prescribed timelines.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Monitor expenses and recommend cost-control measures.
Prepare salary sheet and related accounting entries and payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Support management with financial analysis and business insights for decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
3–6 years of experience in Finance and Accounts.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and accounting standards.
Experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar accounting software.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
