Spare Parts Executive

Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement and inventory of vehicle spare parts.
Issue spare parts to workshop teams and maintain stock records.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
Maintain inward/outward registers and ERP/Excel records.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure availability of genuine spare parts for fleet maintenance.
Prepare daily and monthly inventory and consumption reports.




Follow company inventory control procedures and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical or any relevant field.
1–5 years of experience in spare parts management, preferably in a logistics, fleet, or automobile workshop.
Valuable knowledge of commercial vehicle spare parts.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally is preferred.
Solid organizational and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
