We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with robust knowledge of government tender processes and accounting for government contracting projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling complete accounting operations along with tender-related financial documentation and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare and finalize financial statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Prepare tender-related financial documents, EMD/BG records, and supporting statements.
Maintain project-wise accounts and cost records for government contracts.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and government departments.
Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.




Ensure compliance with government tender and contractual requirements.
Assist in billing, RA bills, and final bill documentation.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Tally / ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Experience in Government Tender Process (GEM, e-tendering, PWD/CPWD/UP Government departments, etc.).
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and financial compliance.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA
Prior experience with a Government Contractor / Construction Company will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
