Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Power BI/Fabric and SQL Developer to join our BI
Analytics and Reporting team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in
Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI/Fabric, SSRS, and SSIS, with experience in
designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, KPIs, and ETL
solutions. The role involves developing and optimizing complex T-SQL queries,
designing productive data models, and delivering scalable, high-performance
reporting solutions that support business intelligence and data-driven
decision-making. Experience with MES Opcenter/Camstar or manufacturing systems
is an added advantage.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and KPIs using
Power BI/Fabric and SSRS.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures,
views, and database objects in Microsoft SQL Server.
Design, develop, and maintain SSIS ETL packages for data integration and
transformation.
Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and




translate them into scalable BI solutions.
Design and optimize data models to improve report performance and ensure
productive data retrieval.
Monitor and optimize the performance of reports, dashboards, SQL queries, and
ETL processes.
Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
across reporting solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues, provide timely resolutions, and support
ongoing reporting and ETL operations.
Follow established development standards, coding best practices, and
documentation requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business
intelligence solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
initiatives.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science engineering, MCA, or M.Sc.
(IT/Computer Science) or related fields.
3 to 5 years of hands
