Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Special Educator role based in Pune. The Special Educator will work closely with children who have diverse learning needs, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs). Responsibilities include teaching, supporting facilitators, students with varying abilities, facilitating communication with all stakeholders, and tailoring educational approaches to ensure every child can progress and reach their potential.





Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of Disabilities and Special Education principles
Experience in Teaching, particularly for PreSchool students
Solid Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
Compassionate and patient, with an ability to work closely with children of varying abilities
Relevant certifications or degrees in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Knowledge of inclusive teaching practices and behavior management strategies
Experience in creating and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) is an advantage
Previous experience working in an educational or childcare setting is mandatory
Mandatory RCI registration (B.Ed in Special Education)
