CRM & Marketing Intern

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM & Marketing Intern to support ongoing campaigns across multiple brands. This role involves assisting in campaign planning, execution, content coordination, and performance tracking across CRM channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and execution of CRM campaigns (emailers, WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app)

Support lifecycle marketing initiatives including Engagement campaigns + Current brand launches

Coordinate with design and content teams to brief creatives and ensure timely delivery

Help build campaign calendars and track deadlines across projects

Assist in segmentation and targeting for different user cohorts

Conduct basic Quality Checks for campaigns before they go live





Track campaign performance and create simple reports (open rates, CTR, etc.)

Research trends, competitor campaigns, and current CRM ideas

What We’re Looking For:

Graduate Candidates are preferred

Basic understanding of CRM channels is a plus (Email, WhatsApp, Push)

Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint

Attention to detail (very important for QA and campaign execution)Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projectsInterest in marketing, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands

Good written and verbal communication skills

Relevant Work Experience In Marketing/ Digital/ CRM Is Preferred

Duration: 3–4 months, Work from Office Profile
