Position: Architect / Architectural Designer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–4 Years Preferred

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Architect / Architectural Designer with strong capabilities in 2D drafting, 3D modelling & visualization, graphic design, and presentations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking a project from concept development through drawings, visualization, and client presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings
- Prepare accurate 2D architectural drawings and working drawings
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and architectural visualizations
- Develop mood boards, material boards, concept presentations, and client presentations
- Prepare attractive presentations and marketing/design material using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Translate design concepts and sketches into clear architectural drawings
- Assist with space planning, material selection, façade development, and design detailing
- Coordinate design information with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Make revisions based on client and project requirements
- Maintain organized project drawings, presentation files, and design documentation

Required Skills

2D & Technical

- AutoCAD
- Architectural planning and drafting
- Working drawings and detailing




- Good understanding of dimensions, materials, and construction documentation

3D & Visualization

- SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max or similar 3D software
- Rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, D5 Render or equivalent
- Ability to create realistic and presentation-quality architectural visuals

Graphics & Presentation

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- Strong presentation, layout, and visual storytelling skills

Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or a related design field
- Strong architectural and visual design sense
- Good understanding of space, proportion, materials, colours, and composition
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Positive communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new design tools and workflows

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must submit a portfolio demonstrating:

- 2D architectural drawings
- 3D modelling and renders
- Architectural/interior design projects
- Presentation sheets
- Adobe/Canva design work

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
