Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EV 3-Wheeler Service & Manufacturing Engineer with practical hands-on experience in E-Rickshaw / Electric 3-Wheeler systems.

The selected candidate will be involved in prototype development, vehicle assembly, electrical integration, troubleshooting, testing and manufacturing support.

Key Responsibilities

- E-Rickshaw / electric 3-wheeler assembly and testing
- Motor and motor-controller installation and troubleshooting
- Battery, BMS and charging-system integration
- EV wiring and electrical fault diagnosis
- Throttle, brake-cutoff and safety-system wiring
- Chassis, suspension, steering and braking system understanding
- Prototype vehicle development and modification
- Vehicle testing and troubleshooting
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and BOM
- Coordinate with chassis fabricators and component suppliers
- Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues during prototype development
- Support future production and quality-control activities

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related field




- 2–5 years of practical experience in E-Rickshaw / EV 3-Wheeler
- Strong hands-on knowledge of EV electrical and mechanical systems
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on prototype development

Preferred Skills
- E-Rickshaw manufacturing/service experience
- BLDC motor and controller knowledge
- Lithium-ion battery and BMS knowledge
- EV wiring and electrical troubleshooting
- Chassis and vehicle assembly knowledge
- AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Fusion 360 knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with EV testing and commissioning
- Knowledge of EV vehicle regulations and certification requirements is an advantage
