- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and rate analyses for storm water drainage projects.

- Develop DPR cost estimates, abstract estimates, project cost summaries, 5-year O M estimates, and funding requirements.

- Prepare cost inputs for tender documents, including BOQs, NITs, cost schedules, and engineer's estimates.

- Verify quantities, review drawings, and ensure consistency between designs, BOQs, and cost estimates.

- Perform cost analysis, value engineering, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

- Coordinate with design, hydraulic, GIS, and survey teams for quantity verification and DPR preparation.

- Attend technical meetings, coordinate with the Client, and provide cost-related support during project reviews and approvals.

- Prepare progress reports and ensure timely submission of estimation deliverables.

- Ensure compliance with Government SOR, CPHEEO/PWD standards, contractual requirements, and QA/QC procedures.

- Maintain accurate documentation of estimates, calculations, assumptions, and cost records.
