We are looking for curious, business-minded freshers to join our Product Consulting team as an ERP Product Consultant. In this role, you will learn to understand how businesses actually operate from the moment a customer places an order, to how inventory is managed, how payments are processed, and how goods finally reach the customer and translate that understanding into configured, working solutions on our ERP product. This is not a coding role; it is a role for someone who enjoys asking “why does this happen?” and “what happens next?” about everyday business situations, and who wants to build a career bridging business processes and technology.

You will work closely with senior consultants and clients to map real-world business processes order management, procurement, inventory, finance, and customer service onto the product, and you will be trained extensively on our product modules, implementation methodology, and client-facing consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities Learn and understand end-to-end business processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, and finance operations across the industries we serve.

Work with senior consultants to gather and document business requirements from client stakeholders.





Translate business requirements into functional specifications and process flows.

Assist in configuring the ERP product to reflect the client's business processes under the guidance of senior consultants.

Participate in requirement workshops, process walkthroughs, and solution design discussions.

Support testing of configured business scenarios (e.g., order fulfillment, stock movement, refunds, vendor transactions) to ensure the solution behaves as expected.

Prepare process documentation, user guides, and training materials for client teams.

Support end-user training and go-live activities under supervision.

Troubleshoot basic functional issues and escalate complex issues to senior team members.

Continuously build product knowledge and stay curious about how different businesses (retail, logistics, manufacturing, food delivery, etc.) run their operations.

Required Skills & Experience A strong, genuine interest in understanding how businesses work you notice things like why an order gets delayed or why a refund takes time, and you want to know why.

Logical and analytical thinking ability to break down a real-world scenario into a explicit sequence of business events and decisions.





Good written and verbal communication skills ability to explain a process clearly and ask the right clarifying questions.

A structured, detail-oriented approach to documenting and following processes.

Comfort working with new software applications and willingness to learn a new product from the ground up.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and coordinate with both technical and non-technical teams.

Willingness to travel to client locations for implementation and training activities, as required.
