Role Description The ERP Project Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Erode, responsible for leading end-to-end ERP implementation and optimization initiatives across the organization. This role oversees project planning, requirements gathering, and coordination between technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure ERP solutions meet operational and financial needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping business processes to ERP modules, monitoring project timelines and budgets, managing risks, and ensuring data integrity and system performance.

The ERP Project Manager will support user training, drive adoption of ERP best practices,



and continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and decision-making. The role also involves preparing project documentation, status reports, and presenting updates to management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong experience in ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, including end-to-end project lifecycle management.

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize business workflows.

- Candidates should possess Budgeting and cost-control skills to manage project finances and ensure ERP initiatives remain within approved limits.

- Candidates should possess Business Process analysis and mapping skills to align ERP configurations with operational and financial requirements.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Demonstrated experience managing ERP projects in construction, infrastructure, or engineering environments is preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work on-site in Erode, prioritize multiple projects, and deliver within timelines in a dynamic environment.
