About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven ERP Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects and drive successful business transformation for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ERP systems, project management, business process understanding, stakeholder management, and team leadership. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure ERP projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ERP implementation projects from planning through go-live and post-implementation support.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.

Lead and coordinate internal project teams, consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders.

Conduct stakeholder discussions to understand business requirements and define project scope.

Analyze and map business processes to ERP functionalities.

Ensure appropriate ERP configuration to meet business requirements.

Coordinate with technical and functional teams for customization, integration, and data migration.

Plan and manage system testing, UAT, validation, and issue resolution.

Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.

Develop and coordinate end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery against agreed objectives.

Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Provide regular project updates, status reports, and escalation management to senior leadership.

Manage ERP vendors and external consultants effectively.





Support change management and user adoption throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation/project management.

Strong understanding of ERP modules and business processes.

Proven experience managing ERP projects from requirements gathering to go-live.

Strong project planning, execution, and delivery management skills.

Good understanding of ERP configuration, customization, integration, and testing.

Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in vendor and consultant management.

Strong understanding of risk, issue, and change management.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects under tight deadlines.

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Master's degree such as MBA, MS in IT, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite, or other enterprise ERP solutions will be an advantage.

Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
