We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to join our IT team and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Job Summary The ERP Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting our ERP system to ensure its efficient operation and alignment with business processes. This role involves collaborating with various departments, troubleshooting system issues, implementing upgrades, and providing user training and support.

Key Responsibilities

- - Administer and maintain the ERP system to ensure data integrity, security, and availability.
- Configure and customize the ERP system based on business requirements and user needs.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and data storage.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP system users.
- Coordinate and implement ERP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics from ERP data.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Streamline workflows, optimize system configurations,



and implement best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and related modules.
- Experience with system upgrades, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
