We are looking for candidates for one of our Client who is a prominent engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) power generation company headquartered in Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It specializes in gas- and liquid fuel-based power generation systems, turnkey power solutions, and emerging green energy sectors like compressed biogas (CBG), hydrogen fuel, and carbon capture.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Epicor ERP Support Executive / Specialist based in Noida. The role involves providing day-to-day support for Epicor ERP users, including troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and responding to service requests in a timely manner.

The specialist will configure and maintain Epicor modules, assist with upgrades and patches, and support data migration and integration activities. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, creating user guides, and training end users to ensure effective ERP usage. The role also requires collaborating with finance and operations teams, coordinating with technical teams or vendors,



and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders to improve system performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to diagnose ERP issues, interpret data, and support process improvements.
- Planning and organizational skills to manage multiple support tickets, enhancements, and project tasks.
- Effective communication skills to interact with end users, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Exposure to EPC Processes, Procurement processes, Project based Processes and ERP finance modules to support transaction flows and reporting.
- Customer service mindset to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented user support.
- Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP or similar enterprise systems; experience in implementation or support is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of SQL, basic querying, or reporting tools is an advantage; familiarity with integration and data migration concepts is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving business needs.
