Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Teacher role based in Pune District.
The English
Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with school curriculum and CBSE guidelines for relevant grade levels. Daily responsibilities include designing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves managing classroom behavior, preparing and grading assignments and examinations, and maintaining accurate academic records.
The English
Teacher will collaborate with colleagues, participate in school events and co-curricular activities, communicate with parents or guardians as needed, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience instructing learners at primary or middle school levels.
Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education-related skills, including the ability to design age-appropriate, curriculum-aligned learning activities.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, colleagues, and families.
Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
Knowledge of CBSE or similar school curricula, classroom management abilities, and experience fostering inclusive, learner-centered classrooms.
Proficiency in basic educational technology and digital tools to support teaching and student engagement.
Demonstrated commitment to student well-being, continuous professional development, and participation in school activities and events.
