Responsibilities Academic Delivery Teach English across Key Stage 2, 11+, SATs, Key Stage 3, GCSE, and AS/A-Level following the UK curriculum. Deliver high-quality lessons in Language, Literature, and Creative Writing. Prepare students for internal assessments, standardised tests, and board examinations. Leadership & Mentoring Mentor and support junior English tutors, ensuring consistent teaching standards. Provide guidance on pedagogy, curriculum delivery, classroom management, and creative writing instruction. Lead academic discussions, training sessions, and internal workshops.

Progress & Performance Monitor and track student progress through regular tests, writing tasks, and feedback. Identify learning gaps and design targeted interventions. Maintain high academic expectations and ensure measurable student improvement.

Lesson

Planning & Resources Develop structured lesson plans aligned with the UK curriculum. Create worksheets, mock papers, creative writing prompts, and assessments. Update resources based on curriculum changes and student needs. Parent & Stakeholder Communication Provide regular updates to parents on student performance and progress. Conduct review meetings and offer academic guidance.
