Hiring: English Communication Trainer – Diploma Students | Online

We are looking for an experienced English Communication Trainer to conduct an online Communication & Workplace Readiness Program for diploma students from an automation background.

Program Focus The program will help students build confidence in English communication and prepare for workplace interactions.

Training Approach The sessions will be:
- Highly interactive and speaking-focused
- Practical and activity-driven
- Student-friendly and easy to understand
- Focused on repetition and confidence building
- Based on role plays, speaking activities, simulations and group exercises





Program Details
- Total Sessions: 20
- Mode: Online
- Sessions: 2 per week
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Session Duration: 2 hours
- Compensation: ₹150/hour

Trainer Requirements
- Strong command of spoken English
- Experience in English Communication, Spoken English, Soft Skills, or Workplace Communication training
- Comfortable training beginner-level students
- Ability to simplify English concepts for technical/diploma students
- Strong interactive and student-engagement skills
- Experience with role plays and practical communication activities is preferred

Location: Remote / Online
