Big AI labs and Big Tech companies are major customers - it prepares and annotates the massive datasets used to train and fine-tune large language models.

- Enhance developer productivity and engineering experience.

- Define and implement engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and self-service capabilities.
- Drive CI/CD standardization and automation across teams.
- Establish code quality and governance practices.
- Standardize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Improve observability, monitoring, reliability, and incident response frameworks.
- Enable DevSecOps and test automation practices.




- Define and monitor engineering metrics including DORA metrics.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Developer Experience background.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Docker and Kubernetes expertise.
- Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
- Exposure to observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Robust understanding of SDLC and developer workflows.
- Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or Node.js. What's on Offer - Permanent role based in Noida.
