Role Overview

We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Chemical Engineering graduates to join our core Operations & Maintenance team. The selected candidate will receive hands-on exposure to electrolyser technology, hydrogen production processes, plant operations, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.

This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, possess strong engineering fundamentals, and aspire to build a career in the green hydrogen industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn the complete process and operation of Green Hydrogen production plants,



including electrolysers and Balance of Plant (BoP) systems.
- Monitor and analyse plant performance using operational data and recommend opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvement.
- Support day-to-day plant operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance.
- Assist in troubleshooting process, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation-related issues in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in commissioning, startup, shutdown, preventive maintenance, and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Prepare technical reports, operating procedures, performance dashboards, and engineering documentation.
- Analyse plant trends and operating data to identify process improvements and support operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing plant availability, reliability, efficiency, and safety.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Projects, Reliability, and HSE teams to achieve organisational objectives.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from a reputed institute/university.
- Consistently good academic record.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Desired Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of Chemical Engineering fundamentals, including mass and energy balances, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, reaction engineering, and process control.




- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong learning mindset with curiosity to understand emerging Green Hydrogen technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of process simulation or data analysis tools will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working in a agile industrial environment.
- Willingness to contribute towards organisational goals through technical competence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Travel Requirement The role requires periodic travel to manufacturing and project sites to support:

- Plant operations
- Commissioning and startup activities
- Planned shutdowns and maintenance
- Technical investigations and troubleshooting
- Performance testing and optimisation
