Job Highlights

Execute production as per production plan and monitor process parameters for unit operation and processes

Maintain batch records and logbooks

Coordinate with maintenance for breakdown handling

Supervise unloading of raw materials, control intermediate and finished product transfers

Adhere Permit-to-Work (PTW) system

Conduct toolbox talks and shift safety briefings

Act as first responder during emergencies

Ensure in-process checks and sample dispatch to QC

Take corrective actions for off-spec results as per instructions from QC

Prevent deviations and ensure batch traceability

Experience / Skills

B.E Chemical

4 to 8 Years of experience in Chemical Industry

Good Communication skills

Good team handling skills

Valuable knowledge of M.S Office

Knowledge of SAP would be an additional advantage
