Role Description The Engineer – Maintenance (CNC-VMC) is a full-time, in office role based at Inled Technologies LLP’s facility in Khandala. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, reliability, and availability of CNC and VMC machines through routine inspections, troubleshooting, and timely repairs. The engineer will plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime, and maintain detailed maintenance records.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring equipment performance,



adjusting machine parameters as needed, coordinating with vendors or service providers for specialized repairs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and safety. The role also involves adherence to relevant quality and safety standards, supporting audits, and contributing to optimization of the overall manufacturing process.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering for CNC and VMC machinery.

Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair of mechanical systems and machine tools.

Candidates should possess expertise in Preventive Maintenance, including planning and executing maintenance schedules.

Candidates should possess solid Electrical Maintenance skills for diagnosing and resolving electrical faults in industrial equipment.

Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience working with CNC/VMC machines in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive, die-casting, or precision engineering.

Knowledge of safety standards, ISO/IATF requirements, and best practices in industrial maintenance.

Ability to read technical drawings, machine manuals, and electrical schematics, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, quality, and management teams.

Willingness to work on-site
