- We are seeking a Senior BIM Engineer with 4–6 years of experience and strong expertise in MEPF services. The candidate will be responsible for Revit-based modeling and coordination across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality, clash-free deliverables, along with preparation and submission of shop drawings.

Experience in data center projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- - Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Revit.
- Perform coordination across architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines.
- Identify and resolve clashes using coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks ).
- Prepare shop drawing sheets from BIM models as per project standards.
- Manage drawing extraction,



detailing, and timely submission of drawings.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with client requirements.
- Support project teams in coordination meetings and technical discussions.
- Assist in updating as-built models as per site inputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- - Solid proficiency in Revit (MEPF modeling and coordination ).
- Good understanding of MEPF systems and services.
- Experience in shop drawing preparation and submission workflows.
- Familiarity with clash detection tools such as Navisworks.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

- - Experience in data center projects is an added advantage. Familiarity with BIM standards and project workflows.
