Sr Executive - Master Data

BASIC OBJECTIVE The Vendor Master Onboarding Associate with Diligent tool expertise ensuring accurate vendor data management and compliance across the organization as per agreed SLA.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports strategic initiatives in Third-Party Risk Management, Data Governance, and Regulatory Compliance.
Streamlining vendor onboarding processes to reduce cycle time and improve operational efficiency.
Leveraging the Diligent platform for due diligence, risk assessment, and governance reporting.
Maintaining high-quality vendor master data to enable reliable procurement and financial operations.
Supporting compliance with global standards and internal policies, mitigating risks associated with vendor relationships.
Coordinate with Buyers, Suppliers and other Stakeholders to get the necessary information for agreement execution.
Ensure vendor onboarding processes adhere to established SLA commitments.
Develop,



update and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process maps to ensure clarity, compliance, and operational efficiency.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in vendor management.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Experience in a shared service center setting is an advantage.
Familiarity with vendor onboarding tools such as Jaggaer .
Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate solid problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and robust interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to collaborate as a team player.
Adopt a customer-centric approach by prioritizing customer needs and delivering value at every interaction, while engaging effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaboration, and successful outcomes
Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese & THAI are an added advantage.
