As an Associate Manager in the S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge SAP solutions. Your expertise in SAP Fiori and OData will be instrumental in creating user-friendly applications that seamlessly integrate with backend SAP systems. Responsibilities
Lead a team of SAP Fiori and OData developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Design and develop SAP UI5 applications, ensuring a modern and intuitive user experience.
Integrate SAP Fiori apps with backend SAP systems, leveraging OData services.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of developed applications.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members, promoting best practices.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions.
Document and maintain technical specifications and development processes.




Participate in project planning, estimating, and resource allocation.
Foster a cooperative and inclusive team workplace, promoting knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP UI5 development, with a robust focus on SAP Fiori and OData.
Proven track record of leading and managing SAP development projects.
In-depth knowledge of SAP UI5 framework, including its architecture and development tools.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration capabilities is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
