Requirements
Amazon Connect Developer with 5–8 Years experience.
Strong experience in contact center application development and support.
Hands-on experience in designing and developing Amazon Connect (AC) contact flows, Amazon Lex chatbots, and AWS Lambda functions.
Strong development experience in Java or Node.js, with the ability to design and develop REST and SOAP-based APIs.
Valuable understanding of AWS services, architecture, and the broader AWS ecosystem.




Experience working with AWS Lambda and serverless application development.
Knowledge of Spring Framework, Maven, and Hibernate.
Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, SQL Server, DB2, or Amazon RDS.
Application development experience in one or more programming languages, including Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or PHP.
Ability to design, develop, integrate, and support scalable cloud-based contact center solutions.
