Handle inventory receipt, storage, and stock reconciliation.
Ensure timely order processing and on-time deliveries.
Manage rider attendance, routing, and productivity.
Resolve customer issues and maintain service quality.
Drive local farmer engagement and support order generation.
Achieve outlet sales, operational, and service KPIs.
Submit daily reports and ensure SOP compliance.
