Qualification: Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience: 5–8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing industry.

Skills &

Competencies: Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Valuable understanding of HR processes and best practices. Sound knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance. Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels. Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and counselling skills. Good judgement, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Well-organised with good documentation and administrative skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic software applications.

Good command of English and Marathi.

Remuneration we can offer: Upto Rs. 5 to 7 lacs CTC per annum depending upon the last drawn salary of the candidate.

Job location: Khed Shivapur, Pune; hence relocation may be required for some candidates. .

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
