The IT Executive is responsible for maintaining the hotel's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, network systems, and hotel-specific applications. The role involves providing technical support to hotel staff, maintaining data security, minimizing system downtime, and ensuring uninterrupted technology services for guests and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Monitor and maintain the hotel's LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network security.
Provide technical support to hotel staff and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot hotel management systems, including the Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and related applications.
Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
Install software updates, security patches, antivirus solutions,



and operating system upgrades.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment maintenance, software support, and AMC services.
Monitor server performance and ensure optimal system uptime.
Maintain user accounts, email systems, passwords, and access permissions.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and documentation.
Support conference rooms, banquet AV equipment, digital signage, and other guest-facing technology.
Assist in implementing recent IT projects and technology upgrades.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IT maintenance reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
