Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager – Material Management to manage complete site-store operations, inventory control, material movement, reconciliation, and coordination with procurement and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day construction site store operations.
Handle material receipt, inspection, storage, issue and returns.
Maintain accurate stock registers, GRN/MRN, material issue & return records.
Track material consumption against BOQ and project requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Monitor material shortages, excess stock, wastage and damages.
Coordinate with Procurement, Vendors, QA/QC, Engineering and Project Teams.
Ensure timely availability of critical construction materials.
Control unauthorized material movement and pilferage.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and inventory reports.
Manage slow-moving, non-moving and surplus materials.
Ensure proper storage, safety and housekeeping standards.

Materials Handled

Steel, Cement,



RMC, Sand, Aggregates, Blocks, Tiles, Plumbing, Electrical, MEP, Paints, Waterproofing, Sanitaryware, Hardware and Construction Consumables.

Requirements
8–12+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction Stores.
Solid knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
Experience in material reconciliation and BOQ-based tracking.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
Strong vendor and procurement coordination skills.
Positive leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
Civil Engineering / Diploma / Materials Management qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,006.29 per month
