Role & responsibilities
Manage daily API production operations in compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards.
Drive production planning, execution, and on-time product delivery.
Lead technology transfer, scale-up, and process optimization for recent products.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, BPRs, and QMS requirements, including deviations, CAPA, and change controls.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and EHS for smooth plant operations.
Monitor production performance, yield, cost, and productivity while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, train, and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure audit readiness and compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards.
