Designation: Academic Counselor

This position of Academic Counselor is for our client, a major international company in the Architecture - BIM (Building Information Modeling) sphere. This is for their Online Training Academy. Work location will be in our office in Kochi.
Attend incoming calls from prospective customers.
Make outgoing calls to those customers who have made enquiries via various digital platforms. Make follow up calls over the next few days.
Understand their requirements and suggest the apt course for the customers.
Inform the customers the details of the various courses being provided, such as price, duration, difficulty etc.
Populate the details of the conversations in the computer software.
Conduct the first round filtering and pass on the genuine leads to the client who will aim to close the sale and collect the payment.
Apart from telecalling, candidates have to perform some regular and adhoc back office activities.





Full fledged training on process and products shall be provided before operations begin. Location: Vennala, Kochi

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Language fluency written: English

Computer Knowledge: MS Excel (Basic), Comfort in using recent softwares

Educational qualification: Graduate

Work Experience: 1+ years of experience as a student counselor or in sales. Telecalling preference is preferred.

Salary: Rs 22,000 to 25,000 per month. Final amount shall be decided based on English fluency, experience and performance in interview.
