About the Role: We are looking for an Endpoint Engineer to design, implement, and operate modern Microsoft endpoint environments for our US-based customers. This is an engineering-focused role, with strong exposure to Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Zero Trust, endpoint security, and automation.

Key Responsibilities: Design and manage Microsoft Intune environments including Autopilot, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, update rings, and device management.

Implement Entra ID / Zero Trust controls including Conditional Access, device compliance, privileged access, and identity protection.

Manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and address security posture and remediation requirements.

Provision and configure devices for zero-touch, day-one readiness in coordination with our device logistics team.

Develop and maintain PowerShell automation and leverage Microsoft Graph API for endpoint management.

Create clear technical runbooks and customer-facing documentation for engineered solutions.

Work with AI-powered engineering tools while validating and reviewing their output.





Collaborate directly wit h US-based customers and support scheduled US Eastern business-hour overlap.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering.

3–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID in production environments.

Strong practical experience with Conditional Access, Zero Trust, Autopilot, device compliance, and application deployment.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft 365 security services.

Good hands-on experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to work US Eastern business-hour overlap and scheduled maintenance windows.

Valuable to Have: MSP / multi-tenant environment experience.

Microsoft MD-102, SC-300, or SC-200 certification.

Experience with device imaging/provisioning tools.

Exposure to healthcare or manufacturing environments.

Note: This is an Endpoint Engineering role, not a Helpdesk, L1/L2 Support, or ITSM process position.
