Our teams operate from multiple global delivery centers, supporting Zurich’s business units worldwide.
Role: EWP Service Manager The EWP Service Manager is responsible for ensuring that End User Workplace services delivered by local providers meet agreed business expectations in terms of service quality, throughput, reliability, and cost. The role acts as the primary service management point of coordination across providers, stakeholders, and internal peers, ensuring that operational delivery is aligned with business needs and enterprise standards.

Mission Statement
To ensure End User Workplace services delivered through local providers are reliable,
efficient, cost-conscious, and aligned with stakeholder expectations, while continuously improving service quality and employee experience. Key Responsibilities:
Own the day-to-day service management relationship for End User Workplace services delivered by local providers.
Ensure service delivery is aligned with agreed expectations for quality, throughput, responsiveness, and user satisfaction.
Act as the key coordination point between local providers, internal stakeholders, and peer teams to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Monitor service performance against agreed service levels, operational targets, and business expectations, and drive corrective actions where required.
Review service metrics, trends, incidents, recurring issues, and delivery bottlenecks to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead regular service reviews with providers and stakeholders, ensuring transparency on performance, risks, priorities, and remediation plans.
Manage stakeholder expectations proactively, balancing local business needs with global standards, operational constraints, and available capacity.
Oversee the financial aspects of the service, including budget tracking, cost transparency, invoice validation support, and value-for-money monitoring.
Support demand planning and throughput management to ensure services are adequately resourced and delivered within expected timelines.
Collaborate with peer teams across Digital Employee Experience, End User Workplace, service management, and platform operations to resolve cross-functional issues.
Ensure providers comply with governance requirements, reporting standards, contractual expectations, and internal policies.
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives that enhance user experience, efficiency, and service consistency.
Escalate and manage service risks,
delivery issues, and financial concerns in a timely and structured manner.
Maintain clear service documentation, governance records, and reporting materials for operational and management review.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate combines strong service management capability with supplier oversight, stakeholder engagement, and financial awareness. They are structured, collaborative, and able to maintain service quality while managing competing expectations across a complex delivery environment.
Proven experience in IT service management, supplier management, or workplace service delivery.
Positive understanding of End User Workplace services and the operational needs that support employee productivity.
Experience managing third-party or local service providers against agreed service expectations and performance measures.
Ability to interpret service metrics, identify trends, and drive service improvement actions.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and align different expectations.
Financial awareness, including experience monitoring service costs, budgets, or commercial performance.
Strong communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal.
Structured problem-solving ability and sound operational judgment.
Experience working in a global or matrix environment would be advantageous.
Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ITIL would be beneficial.
Proficiency in written and spoken English. Nature of Work:
This role focuses on operational service ownership rather than deep technical engineering. The EWP Service Manager ensures that local provider-delivered services are performing as expected, that stakeholders receive an appropriate level of service, and that financial and operational controls are in place.
