About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as Lead Generation Executives (Email Marketing). This role is ideal for candidates who want to kickstart their career in digital marketing and B2B lead generation through strategic email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns for lead generation

- Research and build targeted email databases based on business requirements

- Create and send bulk email campaigns using email marketing tools

- Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions)

- Identify potential leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

- Perform A/B testing to improve email performance





- Ensure email campaigns follow best practices and compliance guidelines

- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead handover

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of email marketing concepts

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets

- Robust attention to detail and analytical mindset

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

- Basic understanding of digital marketing or B2B sales

- Internship experience in marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
