About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns that generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs.
- Build and manage email lists, segmentation, and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline development.
- Monitor key metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversions, and bounce rate.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Manage email automation, follow-ups, and drip campaigns.
- Maintain email databases and ensure proper data hygiene.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Content teams.

Required Skills




- 2–4 years of experience in Email Marketing / Lead Generation.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies and automation.
- Experience with email marketing tools/platforms.
- Good understanding of lead generation, segmentation, and nurturing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
