About Us

Innovacio Technologies is an AI and software consulting company helping B2B clients across the USA and Europe adopt AI, automation, and custom software solutions. We're looking for an experienced lead generation specialist to help us build and convert a strong pipeline of qualified B2B prospects.

About the Role

This is a part-time, production-focused role — not an internship or training position. You'll own the full lead-generation cycle: research, prospecting, outreach, and qualification, targeting decision-makers at companies in the USA and Europe who need AI or software development services.

What You'll Do

Research and build targeted B2B prospect lists (ICP-based)

Plan and run cold email campaigns (initial outreach follow-up sequences)

Personalize messaging based on prospect pain points and industry

Manage replies, qualify leads, and book meetings/demos

Track and report on open rates, reply rates, and conversions

Continuously optimize campaigns based on real performance data

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation or email marketing, specifically for an AI, software, SaaS, or IT consulting company

Proven experience targeting USA and/or European B2B markets

Comfortable with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and email automation tools (not mandatory — results matter more than tools)





Who We're Looking For

Candidates with genuine, verifiable experience generating qualified leads for a tech company — not internship experience, academic projects, or general social media/bulk email background.

Practical Project (Required for Application)

To be considered, please submit an original B2B lead generation campaign for Innovacio Technologies, including:

A defined ICP (industry, company size, geography, job titles)

A sample prospect list of at least 50 companies/contacts, with research notes A 4–5 step cold email sequence (initial follow-ups)

Your targeting and personalization strategy A realistic performance forecast (sent → opened → replied → qualified → meetings)

This must be your own original work — copied templates or generic AI-written campaigns will be rejected. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to walk through and defend their project live.

Salary :₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Incentive: ₹10,000 for every qualified positive client meeting

Lead Conversion Bonus : ₹40,000 performance bonus per successful lead conversion (as per company criteria)
