About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Email Marketing Executive to manage and develop email marketing activities for our scientific research. The ideal candidate should have experience in email campaigns, database management, email communication, and digital marketing.

The role will focus on increasing website visibility, and supporting the organization through effective and ethical email marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and execute professional email marketing campaigns for scientific research.
- Promote new issues, recently published contents, special issues, and editorial announcements.
- Develop and maintain relevant email databases of researchers, authors, academicians, institutions, and other legitimate professional contacts.
- Manage email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, SendGrid, or similar tools.
- Prepare attractive and professional email templates with appropriate subject lines and calls to action.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and unsubscribe rate.
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, and campaign formats to improve engagement.
- Maintain proper email-list hygiene and ensure compliance with applicable anti-spam and data-protection requirements.
- Coordinate with editorial and publishing teams to obtain accurate journal and article information.




- Track campaign results and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Support the development of long-term email marketing strategies for increasing readership, authorship, and visibility.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role preferred.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, SendGrid, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Positive written English and strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/email template formatting is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze campaign statistics and prepare reports.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized mailing databases.
