Shift Timing: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

We're hiring for Eligibility Verification roles within a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) / Medical Billing operation that supports healthcare providers in the US. This role involves verifying patient insurance eligibility and perks before treatment, and is open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Eligibility verification
- Benefit verification
- Documentation
- Insurance calling
- Handling escalations and complex cases (for candidates with 2+ years experience)

Requirements





- 0–3 years of experience (freshers welcome; prior Eligibility Verification / Medical RCM experience preferred for higher-level roles)
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Strong computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
- Strong learning ability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working night shifts (3:30 PM – 1:00 AM)
