We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Electronics Engineer – Fresher to join our electronics/IT hardware manufacturing team.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Production, Quality, Testing, Maintenance, and Engineering teams. The role will provide practical exposure to electronic hardware, PCB assemblies, testing, troubleshooting, production processes, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Electronics & Hardware

- Assist in assembly, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of electronic products.
- Understand basic electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, connectors, etc.
- Read and understand basic circuit diagrams and wiring diagrams.
- Assist senior engineers in identifying and resolving electronic faults.
- Perform basic testing using multimeters and other electronic testing equipment.

2. Production Support
- Support the production team in day-to-day manufacturing activities.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Ensure proper handling of electronic components and assemblies.
- Maintain production records and testing reports.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for smooth workflow.

3. Quality & Testing
- Conduct basic inspection and testing of electronic assemblies/products.
- Identify defective components, soldering issues, connection problems, and other abnormalities.
- Record testing results accurately.
- Support corrective and preventive actions under the guidance of senior team members.
- Follow company quality and safety standards.

4. Troubleshooting & Maintenance Support
- Assist in identifying basic electrical/electronic faults.
- Support troubleshooting of PCB assemblies, power supplies,



cables, connectors, and related hardware.
- Escalate technical issues to senior engineers when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of identified issues and corrective actions.

5. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily work reports and testing records.
- Maintain relevant production, quality, and inspection documents.
- Follow document control and reporting procedures.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager/HOD.

Required Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Electronics and Electrical concepts.
- Understanding of electronic components and their functions.
- Basic knowledge of PCB and PCBA.
- Ability to read basic circuit diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of soldering and electronic assembly.
- Familiarity with using a Multimeter.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn new electronic products, tools, and processes.

Training & Development

Selected freshers will receive practical exposure/training in:

- Electronic components and PCB/PCBA.
- Electronic product assembly.
- Testing and inspection procedures.
- Basic troubleshooting.
- Manufacturing processes.
- Quality standards and documentation.
- Workplace safety and ESD precautions.
- Company-specific products and processes.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are:

- Fresh graduates/diploma holders in Electronics/ECE or related disciplines.
- Interested in electronics manufacturing and hardware.
- Willing to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Quick learners with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Interested in developing a long-term career in electronics and IT hardware manufacturing.

As per company policy and candidate's qualification/skills.
