We are hiring a B.E/M.E/B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech Electronics or ECE or EEE candidate. This is a senior-level, high-impact role involving ownership of complex problem statements across control systems, instrumentation, system integration, and reliability engineering. The candidate will be expected to lead design initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and drive end-to-end execution of electronics development for advanced systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead electronics design and development for PVD/CVD systems, including control panels, interlocks, sensor interfaces, signal conditioning, and power systems.
- Own system architecture, component selection, schematics, and wiring documentation.
- Drive hardware debugging, root-cause analysis, and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Lead system integration, testing, validation, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and process teams for smooth system-level execution.
- Mentor junior engineers and support design reviews and technical problem-solving.
- Translate technical requirements into practical engineering solutions, including customer-specific needs where required.




- Contribute to continuous improvement in design practices, documentation quality, and system performance.

Eligibility

- B.E/M.E/B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech Electronics or ECE or EEE with 6 to 10 years of experience.
- Open to candidates from diverse industry backgrounds with strong relevant electronics and system design experience.
- Strong expertise in analog/digital electronics, instrumentation, control systems, and system integration.
- Proven experience in leading projects and handling end-to-end hardware development.

Skills

- Solid understanding of system-level design, reliability engineering, and complex electronics integration.
- Exposure to thin films, vacuum systems, or advanced scientific instrumentation is a plus.
- Leadership mindset with ability to mentor teams and drive technical decisions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ownership orientation.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Hands-on approach with strong lab and debugging capabilities.
